  • AGG®: Ball Swivel Joint for conveying flowing materials

The AGG® Ball Swivel Joints from ARTA were specifically developed for hose lines. Their fully flexible construction prevents torsional stress and minimizes axial forces acting around the circumference. This protects the hose from premature wear and increases safety during operation.

The special design also allows different sections of a line to rotate relative to each other, making the entire piping system significantly easier to handle.

What advantages do the ARTA AGG® Ball Swivel Joints offer?

      Reduced wear and easy handling

The Ball Swivel Joint prevents the hose from twisting and reduces unwanted mechanical stress. This relieves strain on the hose, protects it from premature wear and makes the entire hose system easier to handle.

      High level of safety

Preventing twisting and unintended forces acting on the piping system reduces the risk of hazardous situations. This increases operational safety when handling and using hose lines.

      Low maintenance and high durability

The use of high-quality materials ensures the long service life of AGG® Ball Swivel Joints. Particular attention was also paid to minimizing maintenance requirements during their development. The infrequent maintenance procedures can be carried out quickly, easily and efficiently.

For which areas of application were the AGG® Ball Swivel Joints developed?

ARTA AGG® Ball Swivel Joints have been used daily for over 15 years in the chemical and petrochemical industries as well as in the power generation sector. They are particularly suitable for applications involving flexible hose lines and can be used on stationary and mobile tank trucks as well as at loading stations.
