ZV®-CP: Filler Nozzles for Hygienic Applications
The ZV-CP® Filler Nozzle from ARTA was specifically developed for hygienic applications. Thanks to its FDA-compliant design, it is particularly suitable for the safe handling of pharmaceuticals and food products. The filler nozzle enables precise dosing of smaller quantities of liquid and meets high standards of hygiene, safety and ease of use.
The ZV-CP® is a manually controlled filler nozzle that can be conveniently operated with just one hand. For additional safety, it features an integrated dead man's safety mechanism. As soon as the operator releases the handle, the valve closes automatically and the filling process is stopped quickly and safely.
Its design enables controlled and precise dosing, particularly when handling smaller quantities of sensitive liquids.
The connections of the ZV-CP® enable hygienic handling. Depending on the application, sterile threaded connections, sterile flange connections or sterile clamp connections are available. After use, the filler nozzle can be easily rinsed and cleaned.
The completely gap-free internal design of the ZV-CP® was specifically developed for applications with demanding hygiene requirements. Its construction minimizes the accumulation of product residues and facilitates thorough cleaning. At the same time, it reduces the risk of contamination of the transported medium by external substances.
Even when operating pressure fluctuates or increases unexpectedly, the intelligent design of the ZV-CP® ensures reliable closure. This prevents uncontrolled media leakage and increases safety for both users and the environment.
The ZV-CP® minimizes foam formation during the filling process, allowing the highest possible filling level to be achieved in the respective container.
