APV FLS® Sampling system for volumetric sampling
The APV FLS® Sampling System from ARTA enables precise volumetric sampling of liquid media in filled and pressurized pipelines. Its highly efficient lock system ensures reproducible sampling of defined volumes between 100 ml and 250 ml. This means that only the quantity required for quality testing is extracted from the pipeline. Thanks to its robust construction and flexible configuration options, the system is suitable for demanding industrial applications.
The integrated flushing connection allows the sampling system to be easily flushed and sterilized. An optional heating or cooling jacket can be added to control the temperature during sampling and meet the requirements of different media.
The robust construction of the APV FLS® Sampling System enables safe sample collection at media temperatures of up to +250°C or +482°F. This makes the system suitable for industrial processes involving high temperatures.
Depending on the application, the sampling system can be operated using a dead man's handle or an ergonomic handwheel. Both options enable convenient and controlled sample collection while supporting safe operation.
The APV FLS® Sampling System can be installed in both horizontal and vertical pipelines. This allows flexible integration into different plant configurations and existing pipeline systems.
The modular sealing system reduces maintenance requirements and simplifies servicing of the sampling system. Its well-designed construction supports reliable operation and long-term use.
The APV FLS® Sampling System was developed for the precise and reproducible collection of defined liquid volumes directly from industrial pipeline systems. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring controlled volumetric sampling during ongoing operations.
Depending on the application, samples can be collected directly into a glass bottle using a multi-bottle adapter or through a protective sleeve with a bayonet locking mechanism.
For media requiring additional safety measures, the APV FLS® Sampling System is also available with a protective cabinet. The various configuration options allow the system to be individually adapted to the respective medium and operating requirements.
