APV® Inline sampling systems
The APV® Inline Sampling Systems from ARTA enable direct, fast and convenient quality testing of liquid media in filled and pressurized pipelines. Samples can be taken directly during ongoing operations without the need to drain the pipeline. Thanks to different designs and connection options, the systems can be flexibly adapted to various industrial requirements.
The APV® Inline Sampling Systems are available in different configurations. Depending on the application, customers can choose between a classic design with standardized, longer face-to-face dimensions and a compact wafer design for installation between flanges. This allows the systems to be easily integrated into existing pipeline installations.
The integrated dead man's handle with precision metering enables controlled and accurate sample collection. An additional locking device prevents unauthorized operation and increases safety during use.
The APV® Inline Sampling Systems feature a low-maintenance, replaceable sealing system compliant with TA Luft requirements. This supports reliable sealing performance while reducing maintenance requirements.
The sampling systems can be installed in both horizontal and vertical pipelines. This allows flexible integration into different plant configurations and installation environments.
The APV® Inline Sampling Systems were developed for the safe and controlled collection of liquid samples directly from industrial pipeline systems. They are particularly suitable for applications requiring regular quality control during ongoing operations.
Depending on the application, samples can be collected directly into a glass bottle using a multi-bottle adapter or through a protective sleeve with a bayonet locking mechanism.
For media requiring additional safety measures, ARTA offers the APV® RDW-SK Inline Sampling System with a protective cabinet. The different configurations allow the system to be individually adapted to the respective medium and operating requirements.
