AR-Filler®-System
The AR-Filler® from ARTA is a drum-filling unit designed for fast and safe filling of drums, barrels and other containers with liquid media. The flexible system enables reliable and efficient filling operations and can be individually adapted to specific requirements through various connection options.
The AR-Filler® is connected to the respective container using a gas-tight threaded connection or a plug/clamp connection.
Depending on the application, the filling unit can be equipped with up to three functional connections thanks to the innovative three-in-one principle. In addition to the connection for the product line, connections for gas recirculation and an overfill sensor are also available. This allows several functions to be combined in one compact filling unit.
The optionally integrated overfill sensor ensures that the pumping process is precisely stopped as soon as the maximum filling level is reached. This enables safe and controlled filling operations.
The optional gas recirculation system protects users and the environment by preventing gases from escaping when the connection is released. At the same time, the gas recovery system supports the highest possible filling level in the respective container.
The ergonomically optimized handwheel ensures comfortable operation from any position. This allows connections to be established quickly, easily and reliably.
The AR-Filler® system is available in numerous versions and can be flexibly adapted to different applications. Its modular design allows the selection of a suitable filling unit for various containers, connections and operating conditions.
The AR-Filler® system has received certifications from recognized international approval bodies. This makes it suitable for numerous industrial applications with demanding safety requirements.
